Yaacov Y. Weinstein

As both a psychiatrist and psychotherapist I work with people that are going through various difficulties in their lives. I work with patients that struggle with stress, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. At first, we will work together to alleviate symptoms with the eventual goal of getting to the underlying patterns that are causing you distress. I treat with both medication and dynamic psychotherapy. Starting with a psychiatric evaluation we will work together to determine what course of treatment is right for you. I am a firm believer in attending to the therapeutic relationship, looking at the full picture, and understanding you in the context of your unique cultural background and identity.
