My practice supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, and identity questions. Especially those carrying intergenerational, cultural, or attachment-related wounds.
As a trauma-informed and culturally responsive therapist, I combine Internal Family Systems, expressive arts, somatic, attachment-based work, and cognitive-behavioral therapies to help clients move toward clarity, regulation, and self-trust. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, with a decolonizing lens that honors the stories you carry and the resilience you’ve built.
I help clients understand their patterns, strengthen boundaries, heal old wounds, and create more meaningful relationships with themselves, their families, and their communities. Virtual therapy is available, with limited in-person
In person & virtual ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for eligible clients.

Therapy with Yanina has been wonderfully helpful and has helped me feel balanced and cared for during recent months. Yanina is warm and intelligent and offers effective and carefully thought-out modes of therapy and healing visualization. Yanina has learned about me and my previous experience in therapy and has clearly devoted a lot of care to helping define my specific path. She listens with great care and responsiveness to my concerns and my feedback for her, and she is very respectful and right on with her own curiosity and forms intervention.
