My first visit and I will certainly continue with them. However I received two emails advising me my appointment time had been changed so I rearranged my personal plans. I received a third email saying it was back to the original time. I called to see which was correct and later showed them the emails. They had no explanation. They were very efficient and my new glasses are a much better prescription.
