I use a variety of methods and clinical approaches in therapy, including CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and psychoeducation. I believe in brief, episodic therapy versus clients staying in therapy for years or longer. the goal is to address the issues or challenges in your life that led you to seek help, and work with you to resolve these so you can return to a better quality of life. I consider myself your coach, mentor and cheerleader on your journey in life, but it's your journey so I'll respect where you want to go and what you choose to work on with me.
