My provider is amazing! I have been seeing different Psychiatritrist for 30 years. Because of moving states I’ve had to change doctor several times. Online Psychiatritrist are new over the past five or six years. To have found this current one has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a Psychiatritrist. I feel like she listens and she hears me. It doesn’t just go in one ear and out the other and then she makes the decision on my meds by herself. I am always included in the decision decisions for my healthcare and I am so grateful for that opportunity.

Excellent session with Yana. Even though I will be seeing an in-person Psychiatrist closer to my home (no fault of Yana or YaViMind) she still offered to be there/available for me if I ever needed anything. It's providers like her that make it feel empowering and safe to pursue your mental health!

My first appointment went how I had expected due to the issues I’m facing but Yana was very kind and patient with me while still allowing me to be introspective regarding next steps. She was clear and decisive about her recommendations and that helps me be more confident in the treatment plan.
