*I offer telepsychiatry services for patients throughout the state of Texas and North Carolina, and in-person services for patients in my office in Carrboro, NC*
I am a psychiatrist and psychotherapist certified by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, focusing on mood and anxiety disorders, identity, trauma, relationships, and couples. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples improve their relationships, self-esteem, careers, and sense of who they are. I am extensively trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic/Insight-Oriented therapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, Mindfulness techniques, Couples therapy and person-centered use of psychotropic medications. I strive to develop a deep understanding of each individual person. I will work together with you to find the most helpful approach to the struggles you may be experiencing.
I am an Out of Network provider, but I will provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance for any reimbursement you might receive from your insurance company.
