Hello! I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I received my master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2023, after working as a registered nurse for 15 years. My goal is to support individuals in managing mood, stress, and anxiety, using a holistic approach that includes supportive therapy, lifestyle changes, supplements and micronutrients, as well as medication management. I believe in taking a well-rounded approach to mental health and wellness, empowering individuals to feel their best and live fulfilling lives. *******Please Note********* I will not continue benzodiazepine (Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, Valium) prescriptions started by other providers. Please take this into consideration when booking your appointment to avoid conflict or frustration, especially if you are paying out-of-pocket. I may consider continuing stimulant prescriptions with adequate documentation and reasoning for changing providers. Please take into consideration that DEA regulations may require an in-person appointment to receive these prescriptions in the future, and at this time I am only offering virtual appointments and am located in South Florida. Pharmacies may also refuse to fill a stimulant prescription based on the distance between your home and my business location. If you require more intensive types of therapy for diagnoses like PTSD or a personality disorder you may fare better with a therapist with experience in more specific therapeutic modalities.
