Complete waste of time made an appointment with Dr. Pascual ended up seeing another gentleman that was extremely nice but wasn’t qualified to prescribe the con?trolled medication that I had previously been on for five months, ?my prescription was sent to the pharmacy and denied,I then called back the gentleman that I had seen earlier, but I was told he was busy and not to worry that it would be resolved and I would be getting a call back in the afternoon. Needless to say I never got a call back so I called the next day and when I was finally able to get a hold of same person I spoke to The day before, and they put me on hold for for about 20 minutes before I hung up and tried to call multiple times again left two messages and never got a call back. It has been such a frustrating situation for me that I feel that trying to fix a problem with another medication that’s going to make you feel horrendous when you don’t have it is not going to be my solution

I scheduled an appointment with this office , my first appointment I had to wait more than 30 minutes before I was seen. I gave their office all my pharmacy info and when I went after work to get my prescription they didn’t have it, I emailed their office in the morning making them aware and I provided in the email the correct pharmacy info just in case. I again arrive to the pharmacy after working a long day expecting my RX to be ready since I got a text that it was. They called it into a Publix pharmacy more than 20 miles away from where I live. Why they choose this one?? Lord knows. I am not really feeling confident in this office.

I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. He wrote me a prescription that was never able to be filled. I Spent multiple days calling the office and I never even received a call back, I rescheduled an appointment the following week, which Mr Riguero canceled an hour before my appointment. This by far has been the poorest excuse of a medical professional that I have ever dealt with.

Dr Yahaira Manon is the best psychiatrist I've ever encountered. She actually listens to you and makes sure she is providing you with the best help needed. When I speak to her she makes me feel cared for and she is very easy to communicate with.

When I arrived at the office the receptionist was very nice and helpful. I was giving forms to fill out and by the time I was done I was ready to see the therapist. The therapist was nice seem very experienced, listen to everything I said and gave me good advise. Looking forward for the next appointment.
