We ONLY work with referral patients and those with prior authorizations. Paperwork is required to book and complete a visit with out practice. We provide excellent services to pediatric patients as well as patients who experience claustrophobia during enclosed procedures. Self Pay/Cash/Out of Pocket Pay Rate (w/out insurance): $400 for a non-contrast exam

The receptionist, Dawn, was great, very understanding and welcoming. The technician, Diane, put me right at ease. Her warm and nurturing affect, her understanding, and her communication skills helped me relax throughout the whole MRI process. The open MRI allowed me to see outside the machine and take my focus away from the process, which wasn't anywhere near what I had experienced in another machine. This is my second visit to this office, and I absolutely love it! The receptionist is welcoming and makes everything easy by providing highlighted paperwork. Then you’re invited to enjoy the wonderful variety of snacks. The technician took me back so quickly that I didn’t even get to choose a snack. I spent part of my test thinking about all the goodies waiting for me! The technician was wonderful—professional, efficient, and genuinely concerned about my comfort. Everything was done quickly, and I had my disc in hand within minutes. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. They understand that medical tests can be stressful and make the experience pleasant. I wish more places were like this! I would definitely return and recommend this office to my friends and family.

Good afternoon! ?? I just wanted to share my wonderful experience at Open MRI in Yorktown Heights, located at 345 Kear Street. I never even knew there was an open MRI right here in Yorktown! I have always been extremely nervous and afraid of having an MRI, but the staff made this experience so much easier for me. Dawn, Liz, and the owner, Tully, were absolutely amazing—patient, understanding, caring, compassionate, and supportive from beginning to end. Tully took the time to calm me down and reassure me, while Dawn sat right next to me and held my hand throughout the process. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care helped me get through the testing, and I am truly grateful for the love and support they showed me. ?? I highly recommend this MRI facility. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, making the entire MRI experience, feel comfortable and stress-free. Perfect for Claustrophobia I am very claustrophobic and usually have a hard time with MRIs. This was by far the easiest MRI experience I've had. The staff was patient with me and made sure I was comfortable before starting. I was able to get through the entire exam without feeling overwhelmed.
