The front office person is very helpful regarding showing me glasses that is covered by my insurance. He even gave me a lot of options which is good because I can fit my options and look something that is covered and will look good on me. The Doctor is amazing. She is so knowledgeable about everything. She even suggested me a good eye drops that I can use. She even follow up with me regarding my eye check up and mage make sure that my care is being taken care of and my eyes were checked properly. I really appreciate you all.

Experience was great, haven’t been to an eye doctor in 4 years. Was seen in less than 30 minutes and was greeted by staff. They were extremely helpful and explained everything in simple terms to make sure I was understanding the procedures, even offered free advice to help alleviate symptoms. Overall 5/5 and will definitely be coming back for all eye needs

Dr. Choi was kind and patient. She helped me with contacts and even though it took me an hour to learn how to care for them, her and her staff were kind enough to help and give me tips. Amazing experience and my whole family plans to switch to Dr. Choi

My experience was amazing especially with the front Tech name. Will he made my experience amazing we vibe with each other greatly I love the location. I loved the store. They were welcoming. They made me feel really good choosing them. The doctor was also amazing. She was able to explain everything so perfectly and my eye exam being the first one was a great one. I will never go anywhere else and will encourage other people to see her as well.

Dr. Jennitez Choi, MS, and the staff were extremely professional. The doctor answered all my questions. There's stuff she told me that I never heard from other providers. I appreciate that feedback. Now I know what issues to be aware of and request items (specialized lens) that work the best for my job and lifestyle. I drove a little out of the way, but I look forward to getting my prescription items shortly.

If I lived in LA, choosing her as my go-to optometrist would be a no-brainer. However, even though I'm not a local, I felt privileged to have had the opportunity to meet with her. Dr. Choi is awesome! She’s clear, thorough, kind and friendly. I don’t think an optometrist has ever taken the time to explain things as well as she did during my visit. I didn’t feel rushed and she was happy to answer questions and explain everything in detail. Highly recommend booking her for an appointment!

100% recommend Dr. Choi. Very professional and knowledgeable while maintaining a kind and friendly manner. I came in for an eye exam and a contacts prescription. She went above and beyond and gave me tips for long term eye health. Her office didn’t take my insurance, but the level of service is worth coming back regardless.
