Don't go to this office! Details:
1. Was there 20 minutes earlier, filled in and signed all required forms.
2. Was taken to the examine room.
3. An office assistant came, took a photo of my insurance card and disappeared.
4. A few minutes later the office assistant came back with a POS terminal, I paid my coinsurance for the visit and asked my card to not be kept on file.
5. A few minutes later the office assistant came back and told me that someone there said that I wouldn't be seen by the doctor if they didn't have my card on file.
6. My insurance (which is very very good) has already been verified by them, I had paid the visit so I saw no reason to let them keep my card on file so I requested my money back, asked them to completely erase my profile from their system and left the office.
I wasted two hours just because they did not make it clear that they prefer to see a credit card instead of seeing a patient. It tells a lot about them and what one can expect there.

Bldg entrance is confusing. Did not know they were on the 2nd floor. I guessed a level in the elevator. Doc spent 10 mins with me. She described smthg from a local apothecary that is not covered by my insurance. Otherwise she seemed fine.

Everyone in the office was super friendly. I had some anxiety about my appointment and everyone let me vent and really listened. Dr Young had great bedside manner and I never felt like she was in a rush during my visit. She answered all of my questions and left me with a great treatment plan that she took the time to make sure I understood.

Dr was clear in her explanations as well as in her work. Performed a biopsy as easily as can be and waiting for labs.

Dr. Young was very professional and responded to my questions and needs very well. I felt quite comfortable asking questions and discussing my issues. The office staff were nice as well but I thought they needed a bit better organization. I was asked for info I had completed some on line. I offered my insurance cards and was told someone else would take them. I was then put in a room - someone came and asked for a credit card and after that someone else came and asked for my insurance cards. I thought all of this could have been done before they brought me to a room. Overall I was happy with the care so I will go back

Waited nearly an hour to see the PA, not the physician. Office staff was dismissive when I asked for an update, and even lied when I asked when I would be seen and they said we would be next, but in fact they called someone else into the room 15 minutes later and us 30+ minutes later. I will not be returning

Dr was a bit rushed as she was 40 minutes behind schedule. But they made me aware of that when I walked in so I had the option to stay or leave. The doctor herself was very thorough and I was comfortable speaking with her about my issues. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. ?

First time using Zocdoc. Very happy to be able to get an appointment within 1 day. Amazing actually. However, I noticed as I scrolled through the doctor choices some said the appointment would be with the PA. The doctor I chose did not say that. It wasn't until this morning when they called to confirm I was told that. Absolutely nothing against the PA, but when I make an appointment with the doctor, I expect to see the doctor. They did say I could see the doctor the very next day and could reschedule, but I was not available. The PA seemed knowledgeable, thorough, and I accomplished what I went there for.

Had a swift visit. Booked online, filled out the forms prior to visit. I was seen immediately as I arrived (I arrived 5mins prior to my actual appointment). The assistants were very nice, office was cozy and clean. Dr. Young was excellent, she is friendly, clear communicator. I got what I needed and was in and out. Much appreciated!
