Doctor was behind by over an hour. Awful bedside manner, as I was undressed people were coming in and out of the room. Did not explain what she was doing and kept jumping around to different topics. When I went to leave the summary that I was provided included items that wasn’t spoken about during my appt. Did a procedure and did not provide me the needed materials for after care

Was great at my first appointment, then over the last 2 years became more annoying to schedule appointments , and communicate with staff. I have been asking for a refill of a medication for the past 2 months through their portal, my own pharmacy and by calling. No they have this new AI bot to assist but in my own opinion it doesn’t help with anything over than waiting my time.
It got to a point I was so frustrated that I had to take time off of work to walk in to speak with someone.

,Very disappointed with my experience at this dermatology office. I never even got to see the doctor because the staff insisted that I leave a credit card on file before verifying what my insurance would actually cover.
I provided my insurance card, but instead of contacting the insurance company themselves, they told me that I had to call and figure everything out on my own. In my experience, verifying coverage and billing codes is normally the office staff’s responsibility, not the patient’s.
I was not comfortable leaving a credit card without knowing exactly what charges could appear later. That feels like giving a blank check, especially when insurance companies often do not pay 100% of medical charges.
The staff kept pushing forms on a tablet instead of helping clarify the situation professionally. I found the process very unorganized and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I wasted my time and left without ever seeing the dermatologist.

Great experience all around. Was easy and quick to make an appointment, and was seen quickly when I arrived. Doctor Young was able to quickly handle my issue and they called to follow up several days later to check in on me. Highly recommend this office!

The receptionist was unfriendly, and all the information provided was ambiguous. First, they informed me that my insurance wouldn’t cover the services. Then, my prescription was sent to a different pharmacy, not my regular and preferred one. Additionally, the doctor only spent about four minutes checking me from across the room without offering any further assistance. The only staff members who were nice were Ivete and Nadia.

Don't go to this office! Details:
1. Was there 20 minutes earlier, filled in and signed all required forms.
2. Was taken to the examine room.
3. An office assistant came, took a photo of my insurance card and disappeared.
4. A few minutes later the office assistant came back with a POS terminal, I paid my coinsurance for the visit and asked my card to not be kept on file.
5. A few minutes later the office assistant came back and told me that someone there said that I wouldn't be seen by the doctor if they didn't have my card on file.
6. My insurance (which is very very good) has already been verified by them, I had paid the visit so I saw no reason to let them keep my card on file so I requested my money back, asked them to completely erase my profile from their system and left the office.
I wasted two hours just because they did not make it clear that they prefer to see a credit card instead of seeing a patient. It tells a lot about them and what one can expect there.

Bldg entrance is confusing. Did not know they were on the 2nd floor. I guessed a level in the elevator. Doc spent 10 mins with me. She described smthg from a local apothecary that is not covered by my insurance. Otherwise she seemed fine.

Everyone in the office was super friendly. I had some anxiety about my appointment and everyone let me vent and really listened. Dr Young had great bedside manner and I never felt like she was in a rush during my visit. She answered all of my questions and left me with a great treatment plan that she took the time to make sure I understood.

Dr was clear in her explanations as well as in her work. Performed a biopsy as easily as can be and waiting for labs.

Dr. Young was very professional and responded to my questions and needs very well. I felt quite comfortable asking questions and discussing my issues. The office staff were nice as well but I thought they needed a bit better organization. I was asked for info I had completed some on line. I offered my insurance cards and was told someone else would take them. I was then put in a room - someone came and asked for a credit card and after that someone else came and asked for my insurance cards. I thought all of this could have been done before they brought me to a room. Overall I was happy with the care so I will go back
