I started treatments with Dr. Turovets a month ago after experiencing pain related to chronic stress. I hoped acupuncture would help me physically relax, but I had no idea how big of an impact it would have on my anxiety overall. I went as often as I could, which ended up being a total of nine visits over a month. She made me feel understood and even recommended other treatments to help me further (lifestyle changes, specific courses, and continuing physical therapy). I looked forward to every session- her calm demeanor and the atmosphere she creates contributes to the level of nervous system regulation the sessions provide. I left every single session feeling calmer than I walked in. I had never tried acupuncture, and now it's my favorite tool for stress management. I highly recommend seeing Nikita if you're looking for a top notch acupuncture experience with a compassionate provider.

Nikita has been nothing short of amazing. I have been battling an undiagnosed autoimmune illness for months and decided to try acupuncture because I was desperate. I live an hour away but have now been coming 3 times a week due to the benefits.
I feel my inflammation is better controlled, I’m in less constant pain, and the release I get from being on the table is otherworldly. I’m so grateful to have connected with this practice, and it is absolutely worth the drive. She also incorporates other methods such as cupping and hot stone therapy.
The room is very clean, smells nice and is very calming and peaceful. She is very communicative and you can tell she loves what she does and tries to get to the root of your problems. She also takes time to educate and explain what she is doing based on her in depth knowledge/background. I’ve since recommended her to my mom and friends. I am forever grateful.

Nikita is an exceptional acupuncturist. She’s very kind and concerned about her patients health and well being.
I severely injured my hand, causing me lack of feeling of my nerves, limited movement and unbearable pain. In several sessions my pain level is decreasing and I’m experiencing relief I didn’t know that would be possible, for me to attain.
Also with years of back and neck pain, Nikita also was able to relieve some of my permanent pain and improve my range of motion in my neck.

This was my first acupuncture session. I must say I had the most healing and relaxing experience. I started to feel relief from my lower back pain almost immediately. Let’s not mention the hot stone massage it was blissfully amazing ?? Definitely 10-10 would recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience with Nikita. She is intelligent, effective, empathetic, and very thoughtful. She went above and beyond to take care of me when I had a horrible migraine, including allowing me to lie down in her dark room for an additional hour because it helped me feel better. She is receptive to feedback, has really nice embedded functionality like giving you a buzzer so you can reach out to her if something occurs while you’re waiting, and heated eye masks, if the room is cold. She is very knowledgeable and the office is super nice and quiet, and allows for relaxation. Highly recommend.

I was interested in seeing an acupuncturist to help with my headaches, neck, and back pain. I made Nikita away I was very nervous and not sure I would be able to handle this type of self care. Nikita took the time to explain how she cares for the patients based on the patients explanation and a self assessment. I have been treating with her for over 6 months and I have noticed my energy level has increased, decreased pain to basically nothing, assisted with a cold and so much more.
