Surapaneni, MD, MS — a board-certified internal medicine physician (ABIM) with over 10 years of experience and more than 10,000 telehealth patients served — we offer convenient video, audio, and chat visits for adults 18+ located in Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and Wisconsin. Our services include weight management with FDA-approved medications, Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, stable heart failure co-management, men's health, hair loss, dermatology, tobacco cessation, and preventive and longevity-focused care, plus ongoing physician-supervised treatment programs. New patients start with a $50 flat-fee visit; commercial insurance is accepted for follow-up care. We do not prescribe controlled substances.
