I learned a lot of yoga poses that will help me work my balance back up and strengthen my body.

Shweta is the best physical therapist my mom has seen. She accomplished more in two visits than others from different companies had in months of two per week visits. My mother had a series of falls last year and had not walked since until Shweta started working with her. Shweta was able to get my mom to take several steps with her walker. She also showed her several exercises that she can do on her own between visits. She has given my mom the ability to walk again. I highly recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy. I wish we had found her sooner. The level of care is first rate.
