I'm here to review my experience with the office of Dr Zoilo Abad. Specifically with his staff of nurses and secretaries. I'll start saying that they recommended me to get an ultrasound done in a specific hospital, and assumed that I really had to go to that hospital. I chose another one, of my preference, which I have the right to. Because of that, the nurse responsible for receiving the result of my ultrasound waited 2 weeks assuming that I went to the hospital she wanted me to go. Later, I had to call in and ask if they received results, she said yes, but never bothered to call me and schedule my return with the doctor. Meanwhile, yesterday I received the information that the driver hired by their office to pick up my tests performed on Jan 26th lost my biological material. For more than 2 weeks they hid that from me, the patient. At the end, I didn't see the doctor for my return, didn't get the care I needed and paid for exam that disappeared. I have e-mails to prove it. Horrible.

I’ve seen this dr quite a few times. He listens genuinely and I’ve never felt uncomfortable talking to him about anything. Very understanding yet extremely knowledgeable. He’s helped with all kinds of physical and mental issues and prescribes what you really need.
