Dr. Wongkittiroch and her staff were just the best! ????The doctor only needed minutes of inspecting my skin and she was already giving me the diagnosis and treatment plan. ????
The only ding/ negative I have to report really has nothing to do with the doctor, but with the site: There is barely any parking! ??
Another thing you must know is that the office is on the 2nd floor which you can either take the stairs or go up an elevator.

Dr Khongruk was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have been any happier with my visit with her. She was extremely informative. Made sure I knew all of my options and their detailed outcomes. She made me feel very comfortable. I cant recommend her enough.
The entire staff was great, from front desk, nurses, to check out. Amazing experience.

First appointment was ok. The follow up appointment was disappointing, I didn't get to see Dr. K and they wanted to charge me for another laser session, even when Dr K said that she would do it at no cost if the first one did not work. Their excuse was I had misunderstood.

Dr. Wongkittiroch was absolutely amazing!!! She was warm and welcoming. She took the time out to learn about my past medical regimen, and she didn't try to force in office products on me to buy. After listening to my past regimen, she told e what her plan was for me and ask how I felt about. She and her assistant made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered prior to me leaving. And, I don't have to wait monthsand months for my follow up. Truly satisfied!!!

Appointment cancelled by Dr Khongruk Wongkittiroch, DO. Zocdoc is no longer used by them because they schedule appointments that duplicate already in place appointments. THerefore they had to cancel my appointment and apologize of your bad service.

I had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Wongkittiroch. The staff were all friendly and Dr. Wongkittiroch recommended a direct treatment plan for my skin that I know will work.
Plus, I loved that the office is taking steps toward beig environmentally friendly - no paper intake forms. An easy to use iPad was provided for that purpose.

Excellent experience, highly recommend for dermatology. Only one small suggestion...if you book online with zocdoc be sure to follow up with a phone call to the office to ensure they have entered you into their system. When I arrived, they were surprised to see me as no one transferred the appt into to the office system. They did accomodate me and saw me right away so kudos to the staff at ZRoc. Overall great experience!
