Dr. Zarabi and his care team are so amazing. There was no wait time at all. The receptionists were extremely nice and caring. Everyone in the office was extremely patient centered and I felt safe and comfortable to voice my concerns. I had a serious issue with my gums that was ignored by a previous dentist. Dr. Zarabi validated my frustration and told me his plan of action. He walked me through everything, making sure I wasn't feeling anxious or scared. I had to come back the next day for surgery. Dr. Zarabi made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after the surgery. I had a question about my tooth and Dr. Zarabi replied to my text within 30 minutes even though it was 8 pm. It's extremely hard to find a doctor who cares about their patients as much as Dr. Zarabi. Please book your appointment with him!!

At first he was short and didn’t have the best bedside manner, kind of rushing me. He recommended two solutions to my ailment and I’m not sure if they billed my insurance yet/didn’t get a receipt yet. If everything lines up, I’d recommend, but not sure as of now. The office staff was friendly and it was clean.

I was puzzled by having to be submitted to a full session of X-rays when they knew I had been seen recently by two previous Dentists who held a full number of x-rays and MRIs which would definitely inform them of my condition. Repetitive and expensive procedures.

Visited for oral checkup. Did got the shortest cleaning with fluorides polishing ever after refused an expensive deep cleaning. Even did not hear if I had a cavity or not. I liked their full teeth x-ray though.

This office has an extremely fishy payment policy that is very unusual and predatory. They require you to pay for all future treatments in order to make a second appointment, before they’ve even submit your claims through insurance. For me this was around $5,000 upfront. They then took this number down when I questioned it. The sales tactics to get me to pay upfront thousands of dollars for treatment, before thoroughly evaluating me, and before determining I indeed needed every course of treatment, was something I’ve never seen at any office or with any doctor. When I pointed out the strangeness of their sales techniques and their upfront payment policy, the person discussing this with me seemed at a loss for words and couldn’t justify their policy. While everyone in the office was lovely and friendly, I’m baffled at the payment policy.

I was told that my insurance was accepted but later did not seem so. They were clearly trying to scare me into getting my wisdom teeth right away for an exorbitant and said insurance only covered about a tiny amount and would reimburse me. What a joke. The doctor was friendly but I did not enjoy the scare tactics. He clearly knows how to finesse you into making a bad decision. Went elsewhere and paid a fraction out of pocket. Don't believe what they tell you, total money grab. make sure you ask upfront what insurance covers and what it doesn't.

I loved everything about my experience here. Though I missed a call from them and didn't fill out paperwork, the staff here were kind, patient, and accommodating. They were upfront about the discomfort I would feel during this cleaning because it has been 2 years since my last cleaning. Dr. Zarabi was also very understanding. I felt he didn't want cost to be a barrier to the health of my mouth

Didn’t have a great bedside manner, he was very short with me and unaccommodating schedule wise. Also I requested my X-rays post appointment and had to call back 4 times and email 3 times for them to finally send them to me (even though they are required to by law!) Poor experience overall; I wouldn’t go back.
