This was my first visit to this PCP and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. I arrived 10 minutes early as requested for my 3:00 PM appointment. I wasn’t brought back to a room until 3:20. A nurse came in, took my vitals, and then I was left sitting there with no communication.
By 3:55, no one had come back into the room, so I left. When I walked out, the doctor was sitting at his computer and never once came in to introduce himself or even acknowledge the delay. For a new patient, the absolute bare minimum should be stopping in to say hello and letting me know there would be a wait.
To make matters worse, the waiting room was empty, so it didn’t appear that they were particularly busy. I also walked by the back area where staff appeared to be installing a TV.
I understand that delays can happen, but completely ignoring a patient for nearly an hour with no explanation is unacceptable. I sincerely hope I’m not billed for a visit that never happened.

I scheduled my appointment for a certain date but I received a call the following day to reschedule for the following week. Zocdoc and my calendar did not update and thus I accidentally when to my now canceled appointment. I was eventually seen but I did need to wait a while.

I booked my appointment online threw zocdoc and I have Fallon as my health insurance but when I got to my appointment I was told by the front desk person that they don’t take my insurance and that the online app doesn’t consist with theirs so I was told I wasn’t going to be seen. It was a waste of time and travel to get to my appointment and to be told I wasted my time. If there was an issue they should have called or emailed me with the issues rather text me and email me with updates on my appointments. I will not be using Zocdoc and that office ever again!
