I’ve set an initial appointment early July. The office canceled because I hadn’t completed the intake (on a Friday, booked appt for upcoming Monday) in time. Completely understandable. The clinic called to reschedule but I missed their call, working. I then rebooked through ZocDoc for 16th. I drove an hour & a half away for this appointment; the office told me there was no appointment for me and wouldn’t see me. She didn’t offer any accommodation, in any form…didn’t offer compassion as I timidly expressed my frustration, driving such a distance for nothing. No accountability even. She explained “we’re not supposed to be ok ZocDoc”, and that was the best explanation I received. Single handedly the worst experience ever. Do not recommend.

Never showed up to appointment. Extremely hard to get in contact with office. Office said they don’t accept zocdoc appointments anymore. So im SOL until i can find an appointment from someone else.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:15, June 21st, 2024. I completed the necessary forms for the appointment. I received multiple messages via email and text message and received 2 phone calls and one voicemail regarding the appointment. I was never seen today despite them confirming my insurance was in network and I had all the necessary information filled out. The provider or the providers office never contacted me regarding appointment changes or any additional information they may need to carry through with the appointment. I called and left a voicemail and sent a message through the website and I still have not heard anything back.

The provider told me that she’d refill my medication if I went and made a urine drop and actually said multiple times That she’d be sure to have it filled THAT PARTICULAR DAY (As I Was withdrawing!), then I was told many different things, making excuses also having me wait all through out the eeeejend, stating that she’d have to get my urine drop first before Filling the medication. Which is stuoid- clearly it’s not going to be clean, that’s the whole reason I’m seeking help. Now, if it has been A Refill through THAT DR., & it was a follow up urine drop then I’d have understood. But it was my first drop which is why it shouldn’t have mattered to get the results back first And more importantly, I shouldn’t have been told that she would do it that day.
