Orthology NY (57th Street) has been an absolutely wonderful physical therapy experience. All of my appointments have been on time, their billing team has helped navigate insurance issues, and the staff is super welcoming and supportive. In particular, I have to compliment Alicia Costanza, who has been wonderful to work with and always helps keep me focused on long-term recovery more than the bumps in the road along the way!
