Hello! I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Arizona State University Tempe Campus. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, postpartum depression and anxiety, PTSD, and grief and loss. Through both personal and professional experiences, I’ve learned that life is complex, and it’s normal to face obstacles that may leave the right path feeling unclear. We all have stressors that can shift our mood or increase our worries. While sometimes we can manage on our own, other times reaching out for support is crucial. Therapy can help us build the skills and strengths needed to navigate those challenges.
I take an evidence-based approach to therapy, integrating proven techniques tailored to your needs. My method combines client-centered and strengths-based therapy, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I bring a blend of empathy, kindness, and a positive sense of humor to create a compassionate and supportive space for growth.
