Alongside my passion for mental health and wellness, I’ve always felt a strong pull toward creative expression. Art has been a powerful medium for making meaning, expressing emotion, building connection, and fostering healing. It’s also shaped how I listen — with presence, openness, and perspective.
The desire to blend creativity with meaningful support inspired me to specialize in counseling and art therapy. I believe creativity invites insight and resilience, a transformative force in the therapeutic process.
