My life experiences have taught me how to adapt and grow through challenges with the support of others and by learning to trust my inner wisdom. That deepened self-awareness ultimately led me to the path of becoming a therapist.
Alongside my passion for mental health and wellness, I’ve always felt a strong pull toward creative expression. Art has been a powerful medium for making meaning, expressing emotion, building connection, and fostering healing. It’s also shaped how I listen — with presence, openness, and perspective.
