I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Approved Clinical Supervisor, and for the past 15 years I have been working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I provide compassionate, structured, and growth-focused therapy designed to help clients feel supported while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
My approach to therapy is centered on helping clients build emotional awareness, stability, and practical coping skills while working toward long-term growth. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strengths-based interventions to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard and empowered.
I am the founder of Mustard Seed Counseling Center where we are guided by the philosophy: Get Rooted • Stay Grounded • Grow in Life. I also have experience supporting caregivers, women navigating life transitions, and individuals experiencing burnout or emotional fatigue.
