They were really busy and that was the only reason for the wait. The doctor apologized more than once and it makes sense. Never did I feel rushed or ignored and that is what matters.

Overall it was a good visit. They took me to a room right away. Once there the assistant started numbing me for the work o was having done. I was then given the tv remote to keep me company until the dentist came in. That is where the wait started. 45 minutes later the dentist came in and gave me a boost as I didn't feel quite numb enough. She then began to work with minimal talking and very focused. Once she came in and began working it was quick and mostly painless. Just a little pressure. I am happy with my choice and looking forward to a great smile once everything is completed.

Dr. Aaron Carroll received his Doctorate of Dental Science from The Ohio State University where he received invaluable clinical experience providing dental care to underprivileged populations through The OHIO Project and missionary work in Honduras. Dr. Aaron has extensive training in dental implant placement and restoration; he was personally trained by Dr. Arun Garg, President of the International Dental Implant Association.
Dr. Aaron is known by his patients to be compassionate, calming, and an excellent dentist.
Dr. Aaron is very active in continuing education. He serves on a small board at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry that decided what continuing education courses the university will offer to dentists across Ohio. Continuing education requirements are 40 hours every 2 years and he spends almost 150 hours each year learning new techniques and ways to improve upon his practice of dentistry.
Dr. Aaron enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis.

I was denied by my insurance company for a couple procedures and Dr Carol n his staff wouldn't take no for an answer because Dr Carol felt that it was in my best interest, as his patient, to have this done , giving me the best care for smile as he could. I am not a person w a lot of money, but I am treated great by him and his staff. He's a great dentist that cares about his patients and his community.

Coming from a household where parent is an OB/GYN, I understand that unexpected issues arise, however, there was no explanation from the staff (until I asked the receptionist) regarding the delay. When the doctor finally came in after almost 2 hours later, there was no apology, no thank you for your patience -nothing. I understand not all offices are the run the same, but growing up, I always saw my mother and/or her staff apologize or provide some type of explanation to her patients as a courtesy. I would like to be clear that it was not Dr. Carroll performing the surgery and the encounter I had with him at the Bexley office was very positive.

Dr Carroll booked me immediate with a broken tooth. Despite complications my toot caused with the post installation, he was able to get the job done with true professionalism. He is perhaps the best dentist I've had in my 55 years of seeing dentists. I would strongly recommend that you schedule your dental appointment with Sedalia. Even Dr Nisha--whom I talked to earlier and asked direct, pointed questions--was super friendly and professional, especially when she was treating my wife, going above and beyond what we expected in professional dentistry. Job well done to all, and the staff is as good as they come!

Next time, please try to schedule our family if 4 better. We should have had two sets of people with two different hygienist. Not 1 with one hygienist, and 3 with the other. We were there for over 2 hours, which is miserable with two kids who are 2 and 4

Great only having a nice glass of wine could make it better. :) Janelle did the cleaning, Angela built up the broken piece of tooth, and Aaron oversaw the work to make sure it was done perfectly. I liked it so much I am going back tomorrow to have Katie fix a tooth with a very deep cavity. It seemed like Family I didn't know I had. Great Team.

I'm very scared of any visit to the dentist.I had two reallyI bad teeth Right next to each other. One needed a filling and the other tooth had to get a crown put on it. It was a big procedure for me. In the chair for a couple hours but it wasn't bad at all. Never felt any pain at all! I have more work that needs done and I feel at ease knowing they will take good care of me.

Dr. Carroll is an excellent dentist who cares about the patient. My blood pressure was high and he waited to perform the procedure. It turns out I had diabetes and the only way they knew SAS because my doctor ran and tests. If it wasn't for Dr. Carroll I would not have found out this early.

He was very reassuring, and very very patient. I had my wisdom teeth pulled, and was awake for the procedure. He knew how scared I was, and I had told him I can be a complete baby, and he really went out of his way to put me at ease, and checked in with me throughout the procedure.
