I had a horrible toothache when I came to see Dr. Arria as a first time patient. He and his staff were very kind and gentle with me. They quickly assessed that I had an infected tooth and were able to perform a root canal. I was scared, as it was my first root canal, but it did not hurt at all! Thank you so much for working me into the schedule and relieving my pain. I highly recommend you go see Dr. Arria...high tech office, gentle touch, and very knowledgeable and helpful staff!

I think the overall service was wonderful! I was able to be seen within two days of making online contact. They even emailed me almost right away in the morning after I had made the request online, and that was even after I made the request around 11:30 PM EST the previous day thinking I really would not get one until next week. It was even followed by a two-pronged reminder (one-emailed and the other text). I love when a company, especially in healthcare of any kind adopts technology to make the process as seamless as possible. I did, on my own, fill out the online paperwork through available on their website (PDF downloadable) and printed it out myself to bring in, which made the process quick as well.
The day of the appointment went as smooth as well. I only had to sign an updated financial terms, as the one provided online was outdated, but other than that I sat down for a quick minute and was brought back right away. Not seeing a dentist in awhile, it went as a first patient appointment should have gone (X-rays, checking, cleaning, recommendations, and a consultation) in a timely manner. Follow for the next week was made, and it was made in a quick timely fashion with a financial breakdown and print out. Oh as well as the age-old dental goodie bag.
Only recommendations from a first patient standpoint are as follows:
1.) Updated Financial Policies made available online
2.) Paperwork /online form to be filled out easily through a browser instead of a PDF format (Had to use a third party PDF editor) where it can it easily be imported into the EHR/PM software.
3.) Within the Appointment reminders via text or email direct to the online available resources

I had the best experience what I could get . Dr. Adam and Dr Michelle does amazing job . Dr Adam did a crown for me and I was not in pain at all . Dr Michelle is so sweet . My son is not scared to come get his teeth clean by dr Michelle. She very sweet and gentle with her hands . Love there staff they are so nice and very professional.

Dr Arria is always kind and gentle. I used to have anxiety about dentist visits but the staff at Gentle Family Dentistry is so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient that I no longer get anxiety! I will not go anywhere else!

First visit with this new dentist was a routine cleaning. Very happy with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff. My second visit was to have a little work done. I've very pleased with the results. Zero pain the day after the procedures. Typically my mouth is sore for a few days as a result of drilling. This appears to be a good dentist practice if you're in need of a dentist in the Leesburg area.

Dr. Adam Arria can do good filing, but when he did my canine crown, it was 1/3 short of original teeth. I questioned him, he tried to tell me if the bite correct, it will be fine. I disagree with it, how can you make a wrong shape of teeth and still consist it correct.

Dr. Arria is a pleasant experience in a not so pleasant industry. He cares about your well-being and comfort while being very highly skilled. All plans and procedures are explained thoroughly. Office staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I would recommend Dr. Arria to anyone, even those not comfortable in the dentist chair...my wife has gone and had a pleasant experience while being deathly afraid of dentists before Dr. Arria.

Dr. Arria and his staff are always friendly, attentive, nonjudgmental and seem to really care about your oral and general health, since one affects the other. I would highly recommend a visit to Gentle Family Dentistry, they have done right by me and I am sure will do the same for you.
