Is it normal for a person to feel at ease in the dental chair? For me, this is exactly the way I was made to feel sitting in the chair at Centennial Lakes Dental. I was very hesitant about having a crown replaced. Dr. Adam Shand exceeded all of my expectations during my appointment and is now my new favorite dentist! Dr. Shand is very skilled, professional, meticulous, and honest. He genuinely cares about each and every one of his patients. My new crown fits like a glove and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota. Before joining Centennial Lakes Dental Group in 2011, Dr. Shand practiced dentistry in Minneapolis and Lonsdale, Minnesota.
Dr. Shand enjoys providing patient-driven dental care that is thoughtful and meticulous. He strives to provide a personal and unique experience while helping you achieve your optimal dental health for a lifetime.
Dr. Shand’s favorite thing to do is spend time with his family. He and his wife, Annie, have two daughters, Carolynn and Tatum. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys camping, hiking, canoeing, and fishing.
