My appointment was 10am. And it says to come in 15 minutes early. I waited at least 1 hour and a half to be seen. I left the office close to noon. Although the dentist that saw me was very nice and answered all my questions clearly

I had a highly disappointing experience at Dr. Aditi Pampaniya orthodontic practice. Despite scheduling an appointment. I was made to wait about two hours before being seen. Upon finally being admitted to see the doctor, I was informed that she had left for the day without seeing me. Instead, I was evaluated by an ?front desk assistant who solely relied on X-rays without conducting a physical examination. The assistant immediately began discussing the need for surgery and attempted to schedule an appointment with an oral surgeon without properly assessing my condition. This lack of professionalism and disregard for patient care is unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment.

I went in for a specific problem that was not addressed, and instead treated for myriad other issues which are worse off than when I went in.
They claimed to have addressed a cavity which hurts and is sensitive to cold, whereas I did not feel it before.
A few teeth were shaved into sharp edges and are now cutting up the side of my tongue.

the doctor that was there that seen us was awesome would highly recommend that one wasn't the one that I put the appointment online with but very sufficient thank you will be using them for quite a long time

I have tried 2 other dentist before, and I am amazed by the care I have been received at this facility. I am scared of the anesthesia injection. She did an amazing job and took care of my tooth decay in a really short period of time. I definitely recommend her.

The staff was amazing! I got a deep filling & two cavity fills and it was surprisingly fast. The doctor was probably the best I've ever had to work on my teeth.

After avoiding the dentist for a while, Dr. Pampaniya was so gentle with fillings that I didn't feel anything. I will recommend friends and family.

I came in for a check up and because my crown fill. I had my cleaning done and my Dr. needed to numb the area of where my crown had to be cemented and did not feel a thing when she numb me which was the best thing.

I came in for a check-up & Dr. Pampaniya recommended a crown. I was so nervous for the procedure but she helped make the visit a breeze, she was gentle and continously reassured if I was comfortable.
