I recently visited this office and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I ended up waiting over an hour before I was seen. After 45 minutes, I asked the front desk when I might be seen, only to find out that they had forgotten about me. I had to follow up again 15 minutes later, and they finally told me it would be "just 5 more minutes."
When I was finally taken to the x-ray room, I waited another 10 minutes before anyone attended to me. The woman who took my x-rays was initially kind, but her attitude changed when she found out I didn't have dental insurance. She shamed me for it, which made an already frustrating experience even worse.
To top it all off, I wasn't seen by the dentist I had specifically booked with. I had requested a female dentist because I am uncomfortable being touched by a strange man, but they ignored my preference. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.
