Got a deep cleaning, i arrived at 2:50 for a 3pm appointment, filled out 5 pages of paperwork that took about 10 minutes, then was seated in the dentist chair. It took them about 20 minutes to finally come do the X-ray, then look at my teeth to determine fillings and cavities. 1 paid, then 15 minutes later she came back to numb my gums with a needle (which I wasn’t aware of for deep cleanings). It took them another 1 hour+ to come back and start the cleaning….. she was a bit aggressive on the teeth BUT she did a great job so I guess aggression is supposed to happen. I ended up leaving at 6pm for an appointment at 3pm, but for what it’s worth, once she started the intended service, she did well but I guess I’ll know entirely once the numbing goes down

The worst experience of my life. I am 27 years old and I was crying like a 2 year old because she was so rough. I am 8 months pregnant and she shot me twice with novacane then left me waiting for a hour and when the medicine wore off she tried to pull my tooth. Then she shot me twice again. And instead of shoing compassion she was actually mad at me and saying mean things.It was horrible!!

It was the worst Dentist experience I ever had. I left her office in so much pain. While I was in her chair, I was in pain as I had a toothache, they were going over billing with me, who does that. After she finally est my tooth, she said hurry up and fill your prescription before the numbness wears off...she didn't even say "I hope you feel better". I will not be going back to her office to get the remainder of my work done!!!

I found Dr.Agatha Nwizu on line and decided to use her as my dentist. Her staff was very polite and professional. There was no wait time in the waiting room and was seen very quickly. I've been to a few dentist that have been rude and have no patience,you won't find that at this office all you'll find are smiles and concern about your health and your teeth. Keep up the good work ladies I will return!!!!!!

WAY too many x-rays were performed. It doesn't take 10-15 x-rays per visit (twice a year) just for my mouth. Every dentist I have been to before has done only 3-4 x-rays. Maybe she didn't get the memo about studies showing that dental x-rays are linked to brain cancer later in life, but the insurance company sure does pay her a lot of money for them and that's all that matters. I don't want to get my brain shot up with excess radiation so I won't be returning.
