Dr. Uthman is a warm and compassionate dentist serving the DC Metropolitan area. He graduated from The University of Baghdad College of Dentistry in 1997 with his B.D.S. degree. He practiced general dentistry until 2006, after which he pursued his passion for Orthodontics at The Jordan University of Science and Technology.
Dr. Uthman and his family relocated to The United States in 2008. He earned his D.D.S. degree in 2013 from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He was selected to be a member of Phi Kappa Phi, a reputable, professional honor society limited to students in the top 10% of their class, with moral integrity and high ethical standards.
Dr. Uthman is devoted to developing long-lasting relationships with his patients and ensuring the longevity of patient health. He makes it his priority to understand the underlying cause of oral conditions to determine an appropriate diagnosis and the most predictable, individualized treatment for each patient.
Dr. Uthman has been selected to be an Invisalign Preferred provider for 2015 and 2016. He is also a member of The International Association of Orthodontics, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and The Academy of General Dentistry.
