My experience was excellent!!! Dr. Aji aleyama Mathew is a fantastic physician! She was very informative as she performed my exam. She even took the time to inquire if I fully understood the information provided to me. The office was very clean and the staff is so kind. I highly recommend the professional care from this office.

Experience was unsatisfactory. I was told that since I made an online appointment and didn't confirm it (even though I did) I wouldn't be seen. I asked why allow appointments to be made online if they aren't accepted here and she said I don't know that's a corporate issue. I asked out of curiosity when I completed my X-rays would it be possible to get a cleaning the same day and I was told no with a wide grin. I essentially wasted my time and just drove down to hear a bunch of excuses.

They cancel on me because the doctor doesn't see patients at the time slot that was shown on this platform and also after finishing paperwork online in advance with detailed medical history, prescription I am taking, insurance information. I uploaded the insurance card, social security card and also ID all several days before appointment, I was told day of appointment they didn't have time to verify the information. I was sent a text message a day before the appointment to confirm the appointment which I did. This lady told me I was supposed to call the office and confirm with them after the text message confirmation. They have a policy where you can not cancel within 24hrs but they cancel hours before the appointment. Reason being the doctor never sees patients after 1:30pm. When I asked why they shown appointment past this time on Zocdoc, the lady responded "I am sorry that online thing is not reliable. So in other words Zocdoc provide wrong schedule.
