I sincerely mean it when I say that Dr. Budd is exceptional in his care. He is a perfectionist and prioritizes patient comfort. He has a kind and funny personality, and has always made me feel comfortable and calm during my numerous dental procedures.

Had a very good visit. Hygienist did a very nice thorough job and was informative about what she was doing. she offered some post visit solutions to my tenacious tartar problem.

Dr. Budd knows teeth. With a background in public health, private practice, and teaching, there isn’t much he hasn’t seen and done in dentistry. But more than experience and ability, it is his warmth and caring that keeps patients coming back. That and the TVs on the ceiling.
"We see people, not patients" is how Dr. Budd describes being a dentist.
"People often ask why I like being a dentist. First, I get to know and help people; second, each person is unique so I never stop learning and growing; and third, dentistry combines art and science. I am able to exercise both sides of my brain - and my hands – at the same time.”
Dr. Budd has maintained a successful private practice in Back Bay for over 30 years, and pioneered use of the NTI® for treatment of TMJ and migraine headache in Boston. Services include preventive care, tooth-colored fillings and crowns and veneers, Invisalign®, and Kor Whitening®. He has a BA from Brandeis University and DMD from Tufts Dental School, and is a former Assistant Clinical Professor at Tufts Dental School.
