Dr. Fan was extremely professional and caring! His staff were welcoming and helpful. There was minimal wait and the staff were friendly and efficient. Dr Fan saw me on an emergency basis yet he and his staff took time to examine me and were very empathetic! This was the the best dental experience I have ever had! I will not hesitate to return and will highly recommend him to all my family friends and acquaintances! Thank you Dr Fan and staff!

I had a good experience. I arrived early and was seen promptly. The x-ray technician was excellent, she communicated what she was doing and made sure I was protected and comfortable. The dentist cleaned my teeth then explained what he had seen and what needed to be done and why.

The staff was super friendly, and the hygienist did a great job! At no point was the cleaning painful, and I loved how my teeth looked afterward! Dr. Fan was very straightforward and did a great job identifying any issues; however, I only interacted with him for about 5 minutes, even though this was my first visit. I wish he would have sat and talked to me a little more, but I also understand why he wanted to keep the appointment brief as he was the only dentist in the office. Overall it was a good experience; I would recommend this practice to anyone needing a dentist!

The doctor and hygienists talked over and around me while performing a procedure I was nervous about. I left and did not feel reassured that my questions were answered. The receptionist is nice but very dismissive of any concerns you may have. I do not feel my care was properly addressed.

Dr Fan is awesome and the whole staff is so friendly and non judgemental. I have a lot of tooth issues and he listened to me and helped me create a treatment plan without making me feel bad like some dentists I've been to.

The hygienist was wonderful and the cleaning was quick and painless. I felt a little awkward because Dr. Fan laughed/scoffed at me when he told me I had a cavity. It wasn't very professional. The overall service was great, but I didn't like the doctors condescending tone.
