UPDATE!!
We just completed a thorough remodeling of our facilities! We have brand new chairs, full digital x-rays, and an intra-oral imaging system. It is our pleasure to continue to provide high quality, conservative care in a new and modern setting.
Dr. Alan Poon grew up in the city of Cupertino, California where he attended Monta Vista High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine. He then achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Southern California.
During his time of study at USC, Dr. Poon was exposed to some of the newest technologies being introduced into the field of dentistry. He specifically had the privilege of learning about cosmetic and implant dentistry from internationally recognized dental faculty. In addition, while working in a mobile clinic, he had the opportunity to treat the under served populations in Central California. Like his father, Dr. Poon believes in a conservative and practical approach to dentistry. He feels great satisfaction in working with patients to plan treatment that is functional, aesthetic, and economical.
Dr. Poon is a member of the American Dental Assocation, California Dental Assocation, and Santa Clara Dental Society. In his free time, Dr. Poon enjoys playing golf, snowboarding and spending time with family and friends. He is a huge sports fan so don't ever feel shy about discussing the last night's game!
