We were showed the x-rays with explanations about what we should have done on our teeth and why, there were no hidden fees and surprise bills.

One of the best dentist visits I've ever had in my life. No wait time, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, doctor had wonderful bedside manner. They offer if you want to watch Netflix while they work to take the edge off anxiety, but really they're so clear about what to expect that it removes any anxiety that you might have. I absolutely love a dentist that is thorough, detailed, and friendly. It can't be beat. She even told me I was brushing too hard which was hurting my gums. My previous dentist never mentioned this. I got full info upon leaving on my teeth to watch and take extra care of. Really a fantastic dental visit all things considered.

Dr. Aleeahna Phan grew up and lived in Biloxi, MS until she graduated from high school. At a young age, Dr. Phan was always fascinated with traveling around the United States, and therefore seized the opportunity to continue her education at the University of San Francisco where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in chemistry with a minor in biology. Dr. Phan then continued her travels to Florida where she attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale and obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2011.
Dr. Phan has since relocated to Texas after graduation and has been practicing in Austin since 2012. Dr. Phan was named one of America's Top Dentists in 2015, 2016 and 2017 by the Consumers Research Council of America.
In her spare time, Dr. Phan can be seen traveling with family and friends and tasting all of the local favorite foods. Another passion of Dr. Phan is NFL football. This includes not only cheering for her favorite team the New Orleans Saints, but also participating in fantasy football. Lastly, Dr. Phan loves unwinding from a day of work by relaxing on the couch and watching her favorite shows.

I went to them for a couple years - was happy with them at first. However, last year - despite already making my next checkup/cleaning appointment in June for my next visit in December - they started "hounding" me in December via text, email and phone calls, letting me know it was time to make my next appointment. I tried to ignore them since I was on vacation and knew I already had an appointment, but the "hounding" was so annoying, I finally called them to let them know I should already have an appointment showing on their calendar (indeed I did). Then a few days later, they called to inform me that their office would be closed for Christmas on the day of my appointment and I would need to reschedule. I rescheduled - for Dec 28. On Dec 27, the "hounding" started again ("urgent" text, email and phone call) - this time about my insurance. They were no longer a provider for my policy! Therefore, I was not able to receive my second "free" checkup and cleaning for the calendar year. I didn't have time to find a new dentist, given that now there were only four days left in which to do so. I'll be switching my insurance and finding a new dentist for next year!

I got right in to see her & they followed cdc guidelines, ?? also answered my million questions I had lol ?? they called before I came and prepared me so I had lots of the insurance & paperwork taken care of before I even got there which was very nice! So I knew going in at least a ballpark of what I was looking at price wise,very much eased my nerves since lately (as I'm sure others are experiencing the same I lost my job due to the pandemic & just now am starting to work again..)

I highly recommend this office! The staff was extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They were really transparent in helping me understand my insurance copays and what I had to pay upfront. My doctor was so sweet and gentle. I loved that I got to watch a movie during my treatment so I wasn’t thinking about the drilling noises. It really calmed my nerves. I definitely enjoyed the before and after pictures of my cleaning. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll be back in 4 months for my next cleaning!
