I am new patient with Dr Milani and he is a great dentist. He is very understanding and explains every procdure. I have had issues with his staff and that is the reason I will no longer see him as a dentist. I had to reschedule 2 appointments for deaths in the family. I did rescheduled both within 24hrs. The scheduling team called to confirm my appointment but I was unable to return the calls. I received the email to confirm so I did that 4 days in advanced. I get to the appointment the day of and they said it was cancelled because I didn't call hem back. I showed them my email confirmation and they said sometimes they don't get them. And since I did 2 no shows I had to call the not confirm any other way. I told them I rescheduled in advanced and these were not "no shows". They were very condescending and I won't be returning to the office. If you can get past the scheduling team, Dr. Milani is awesome.

He moved to Connecticut, earned his bachelor degree at University of Connecticut and received his degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Puerto Rico, School of Dental Medicine. He also had two years of intense training in Prosthodontics at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr Milani is devoted to continued education and remaining responsive to the up-to-date innovation in oral health and dentistry. Dr. Milani likes to play soccer, tennis, running, and swimming. Started seeing Dr. Milani when he was practicing dental work in Brownsville Texas. He worked on all my upper teeth. He did a very good work and explained in detail. He is very professional, does high quality work, shows concern for the patient and honest. He is currently working on all o my lower teeth in his San Antonio Texas office. I rather drive the 280 miles from Brownsville than see any other dentist. I recommend him 100%. In addition, I would like to thank Dr. Lee for the work done on my lower teeth. She is very professional and does high quality work. Both Dr. Milani and Dr. exceeded my expectations.

Seriously the best experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. The staff was so friendly, nice, and comforting. I can't tell you how many times I have been to the dentist and experienced demeaning, lecturing, and condescending bedside manner from both assistants and doctors. Dr. Milani was so gentle and constantly worried about my well-being. He also provided positive feedback and instructed me to floss and brush every day without being condescending. It was the easiest dental cleaning appointment I have ever had!

This was one of the most rewarding and comfortable visits I have ever had at a dentist office. My situation was something of an emergency as I had just lost a good size portion of a filling in my front tooth. After looking for a dentist who would see me on a Friday afternoon, I headed to Dr Alessandro's office. I was greeted by a remarkably friendly, attentive and efficient staff who worked diligently to resolve the mystery of my Delta Dental enrollment. Unfortunately, due to the lateness of the day they could not verify my status however, Dr Alessandro went ahead and repaired my lost filling stating they would resolve the insurance issue on Monday. But that was just a small part of my experience. Dr. "A" provided me with a world class "initial visit" examination. At the conclusion of all the tests and x-rays, he spent a great deal of time going over the results in such deal that every finding was provided to me a clear, understandable laymen's view. He is easily them most caring, sensitive and professional dentist I have seen in years. He put together a treatment plan that was no more than what I needed to resolve the remaining issues of my oral healthcare and when all was said and done, I felt like I had just been treated by my "best friend' who was also a gifted a medical practitioner and expert in his chosen profession. Both he and his partner Dr Lee, as well as their stellar staff could not have done more to make me comfortable, relieved and happy with my end results. If you are looking for a remarkable dentist with a great supporting team you do not have to look any further than Dr "A."

Dr Milani had an emergency and couldn't be there for my appointment but Dr Lee took amazing care of me. She was gentle during my treatment and very attentive to my questions. She gave me very thorough information about the process and her suggestions for future treatment. The entire staff was terrific! I'm glad I found them and feel completely confident in continuing my care with them. A+!!!!!
