The doctor's office did not have any record of my appointment from ZocDoc. They honored it anyway.

This was a great dentist office to visit. It's very clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Shklyar was very professional and well informed. He went out of his way to get to know me a bit before conducting his exam. Definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist! Only reason why the wait time was 4 stars was all the new patient paperwork. I saw several regulars wait less than 5 minutes before they were seen.

I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and was asked to wait...I expected my wait time would be 2 hours. I discovered their scheme. They reluctantly admitted the wait time and told me I was welcome to leave.
I do not want to publish my name because they have my medical history and personal information on file which I was forced to submit on line despite having faxed it to them two days earlier.

I was very nervous about switching my dentist but after my appointment I can say that I am very satisfied. I was pleased with my experience overall. Everyone was friendly and very professional.

Everyone was very friendly (which is not my usual experience at any doctor's office!). Oxana, the dental hygienist, was very friendly, thorough, and offered good advice. It was the least painful dental cleaning I have ever had. Dr. Shklyar was also friendly, treated me quickly, and explained everything without being condescending. I actually enjoyed my visit to their office and I have no reservations in saying that I will become a regular patient.

I am not from the area and needed a dentist quick to fix a filling. I was able to get an appointment immediately and the doctor filled two very deep fillings right away. I'm terrified of dentists, but between the dentist and the staff I was very comfortable and at ease. I am even considering getting any dental work I may need finished before I leave the area. I would highly recommend Dr. Shklyar.

Dr. Shkylar and his staff were very courteous and professional. The office is not the prettiest; and there are no privacy because there are no individual patient rooms- unless you're getting your teeth cleaned. However, that is not what you're there for. Overall, good service, and I would recommend.

They did have problems finding all my information from the ZocDoc forms. I had inputed some information that they were never able to locate.

The office staff were very friendly. Billing was broken down and explained clearly and they offered payment options. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Shklyar. I felt relaxed through several procedures.
