I would not go back to this location, the Dr seems to be knowledgeable but the staff was not personable at all, and the woman performing the teeth cleaning processes was terrible.
I have never had so much damage to my mouth and teeth after a cleaning.
My child was crying for her to stop and she had little care for the pain she caused.
The Dr was very good with my son and explained fully what his recommendations would be for him.

I had scheduled a dental cleaning and when I arrived I was told I would need to get a numbing shot in order to get a deep clean. I've never had a cavity before and have been told I have great teeth so was very surprised to hear this. I declined a shot, so they gave me gel. I didn't need the gel. Then a few weeks later I got a bill that they charged my insurance 4x for a cleaning and now I'm going to contest this with my insurance carrier. I will never go back to this dentist again.

This review isn't about the Doctor; it is about the staff. Impolite and awful . The lady called me to confirm my appointment and could not formulate words to explain what she was calling to tell me. I asked a follow up question as her call led to an unnecessary amount of confusion and she became very hostile. A doctor's office is more than just the doctor/dentist, it is about the staff as well. There are thousands of dentists in Los Angeles, I'm sure one has a halfway decent staff.
