He was really nice, professional and courteous. The only thing I didn't like is that the patients chairs are out in a common space, i.e. your dentIstanbul is working on you while others are walking around, and not necessarily in a private room.

I get the utmost satisfaction when I see a patients walk out of my office with a smile they thought they could no longer have. I want nothing more than for my patients to walk away happy and feel that they are always welcome in the Crystal Dental Family! I have a passion for what I do. I love the field of dentistry and sincerely care about each patient I see.
My promise to my patients is that everything we do at this office is done to the same standards as we would expect for our own dental care. Everything from the treatment options to the numbing, to the materials we use and the expert attention to the details of your comfort. Our promise is to get you healthy and help prevent little problems from turning into big ones in the future. Let us show you how we can make your dental experiences positive from this day forward.
I give back to the community by volunteering in non-profit clinics to give back to those that need it most. I offer a helping hand whenever I can and in any way I can through several charitable foundations. At Crystal Dental we take pride in providing the best care possible regardless of the price tag. We make a concerted effort to never let cost get in the way of a patients treatment needs and overall health.
When I am not being a dentist I love to spend time with my family and friends. I am a big sports fan and enjoy playing and watching all sports. I love to travel. I am intrigued by all the different cultures of the world and always aspire to see the whole world and all its wonderful people and creations.

The office was extremely disorganized. I don't usually mind waiting a few minutes but waiting an hour and a half to be called back only to be sent back to the front to wait another half an hour was ridiculous.

Absolutely atrocious. Took more than an hour to CONFIRM my insurance information before even being brought back. In this time, 3 patients with later appointments than me were taken in. Is this your first day open or are you just incompetent? No idea why this place has good reviews, another person also walked out because of the wait while I was there.
