Dr. Daneshmand was awesome. He made me feel comfortable right away. He took a few minutes to get to know me and not rush through like I was just another dollar sign. He explained things in a way I could understand them. I never felt rushed through the entire exam.
The ONLY issue I had was with the dental technician (I think that is the title of the associate). It was a younger lady (30's perhaps), a little darker complexion and a slight accent that may/may not be Indian. I did not catch her name. She seemed to be very new. She took my x-rays and it HURT. How do x-rays hurt?! I think she was putting the little plastic thing in my mouth incorrectly. When the doctor later reviewed the x-rays with me, both sides of my mouth did not show portions of my bone/jaw, so she had to come back and redo a couple of them. Here's the thing: she totally made it seem like it was MY fault she couldn't get the right spot for the x-ray. She kept telling me, in a sort of irritated manner, that I have to bit down on the plastic. The thing is that I was! I simply bit down when she told me to and she would take the x-ray. Then she'd look at it and get all frustrated at me of all people! After one try she didn't say anything so I asked "was that one okay?" and she said, in a frustrated manner, "uh, kinda". I'm not a sensitive guy, so believe me when I say she totally made it out to be my fault. She kept trying and couldn't get it, so a more experienced person came in and he got exactly what was needed the FIRST time! He was very kind, very fast, and professional. The lady that tried to x-ray me need a LOT more training and needs to know how to talk and interact with people. Just because of her alone I'm thinking of trying another office (this office is very close to my home, but I'd hate to get her to do anything to me again).

Dr. Daneshmand, was very pleasant and friendly. What I liked most about him is that he genuinely cares for his patients.
Two days ago I started having severe tooth ache. I wasn't able to sleep because of the pain so decided to search for a good dentist and came across Dr. Ali's dental office. I called the next morning in hope to get seen the very same day. The front desk ladies were so nice and got me in to see Dr. Ali that very same day.
I would highly recommend Dr. Ali to anyone!

I become extremely nervous at dentist appointments. I also have constant dental problems due to injuries I received as a baby and as a young adult, so normally something is wrong when I go in for my check-up. However, Dr. Daneshmand and his staff were incredibly nice and made me feel much better. I look forward to seeing them again in six months!

I was impressed with his knowledge and how well he was able to explain my xrays. He also provided me with lots of treatment options. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being lectured. The front desk girls and the girl that explained my insurance were wonderfully friendly. I immediately felt at ease. It was the kindest response I've ever had by simply walking into a dental office.

Best experience I've ever had with a Dentist. The receptionist were very kind, and so was the Dentist. They went above and beyond for me unlike anyone I've ever experienced before. And if God says the same, this will be my Dentist for as long as I live or they're in business. I definitely will be back and recommend others.
