The dentist himself was great and did a good job. Very lovely man. However, the front desk employee, Sandra, was completely unpleasant. Very rude and loud, and overbearing/aggressive. I felt so uncomfortable. She called my previous dentist for x rays afterward and apparently was completely rude to them over the phone (they called me to ask for permission to send them the x rays, and implied the woman Sandra was demanding and entitled over the phone, and I felt the need to apologize for her behavior). The hygienist was also very rude and kept telling me “wow that’s a lot of blood” during the routine cleaning. I asked her to slow down/stop, and please walk me through it since I have dental anxiety, and she told me I must be unfamiliar with her tools because I’m “just so young”. She talked down to me and made me feel incredibly demeaned. I’ll never go back here. They also started 30 min late, and took 2 hours. They need to fire Sandra and the hygienist.

Dr. Ali was great. He addressed my concerns and reassured me that everything will go as planned during my root canal procedure and as promised, that was the case. Dr. Ali was patient and gentle with his work, leading to great end results.

Went in to have fillings done. I barely felt the needle. It was honestly one of the most painless injections I've ever had at the dentist. Everyone was so friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure.

I had my cleaning today & couldn't be happier with my experience. My hygienist was very gentle throughout the entire appointment, which made a huge difference for me since I usually feel nervous about going to the dentist.
