Dr. Alla Pavlushkin, D.D.S. (General Dentist) has been practicing the art of dentistry since 1984.
A New York University College of Dentistry graduate, Dr. Pavlushkin brings over 25 years of exemplary education and training in general family dentistry. Today, she runs the Empire Dental practice, which boasts a state-of-the art facility located in the heart of Central NJ. Dr. Pavlushkin is dedicated to taking care of the dental health of every patient with high-quality care, and the service and comfort each patient deserves.
Educated in all forms of general dentistry, Dr. Pavlushkin is certified in orthodontics, Invisalign® and cosmetic mouth rehabilitation,as well as root canals, dentures, veneers, extractions and more. The office also provides facial cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Restylane, and JUVÉDERM®.
Prior to establishing the Empire Dental in Old Bridge, NJ, Dr. Pavlushkin mastered many difficult dental techniques working in New York City.
Dr. Pavlushkin is a standing and active member of numerous professional organizations that include the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association.
Dr. Pavlushkin takes continued education courses for professional development to ensure that her patients get the most advanced services available today.
In order to provide the most efficient scheduling to our patients, we need to keep appointment cancellation and “no show” activity to a minimum. In order to do this, we are implementing cancellation and “no-show” fees that will be charged to the patient if office visits and/or procedures are cancelled without proper advance notice, or if the patient does not show up for a scheduled office visit and/or procedure.
Cancellation Notice Requirements:
Office Visit: 48 hour advance notice.
Failure to provide the required advance notice will result in a cancellation fee.

Today's appointment was scheduled as a follow up for implants. While discussing the time-line to complete the procedure, I told Dr. Alla about a wedding invitation I had for mid August. She evaluated my progress and expedited the procedure by performing the impressions right then and there. She found the time in her busy schedule to fit me in to move the process along. We expect to have my implants in around three weeks.
Thank you Dr. Alla and props to her wonderful staff for taking such good care of me.

Due to severe pain, I had to deep cleaning twice. Before operating second deep cleaning, I've reported several times for continuous pain. They did X-ray twice due to my requests. But doctor told me that there was no problem and it was part of recovery. However, one of teeth was broken after second deep cleaning. Unfortunately, I had bad experience.

It has been more than three years since I am under Dr Alla Pavlushkin care I had a lot of dental work done by her and I could not be more pleased with the results.
She is an artist and a dentist and nothing could be truer.
Just recently have consultations with Dr.Alla Pavlushkin; the topic of my visit was not related to the her work It was topic about different procedure (done by different doctor) I went thru earlier this spring with complication regarding my face on right parotid gland she listens as well as explains everything to me I left her office a very confident person
I was so impressed with her knowledge on this subject and professionalism – qualities that I certainly want in dentist.
Dr.Alla Pavlushkin and her staff are wonderful. They are so professional, informative and kind.

I had my followup visit before leaving to India, and the doctor was kind enough to accomodate my daughter who had a last minute issue with her gums before we left for vacation.
I had 2 wisdom tooth removed by Dr Alla and both time it was a painless experience.
