While I have no qualms with the visit, billing for it was a major hassle, as described below (which is a mix of what was indicated to be my lack of proper information and a communication nightmare on their end about that).
They sent an invoice for the appointment, and I responded that something must be incorrect because there was no insurance applied, and they said they’d look into it. The administrator hadn’t remembered to call because the insurance company was closed but requested me to send pictures of the front and back of my insurance card and she’d handle it. All good, human error happens. Anyways, I then received the same invoice in the mail again a month after the first invoice. Upon reaching back out, I was informed that the insurance information had not been added and that the administrator I had been talking with before no longer worked there. I was asked for my insurance information again, and assured it would be put into the system, but then a month later received what was now the 3rd invoice and it was still the same. I reached out via email again. A month later from that, I received a response. I was told that I needed to provide more information about my dental coverage since I had given them a medical insurance identification card for a plan I was a dependent on and they were not able to track down the information they required with just that. After this was cleared up, I was successfully billed. So while it seems like the insurance information I provided at the time of the appointment needed more clarity from them, the hassle of rectifying that took quite a long time across multiple road bumps. While they were quite courteous and the appointment itself went well, hopefully their external communication improves in the future

I absolutely adore Dr. Link and his team! Everyone is so sweet and personable. When you walk in, they greet you by name. When I'm in the chair, they remember things I told them 6 months ago to the detail! The office is such a pleasant and inviting space; at Dr. Link's office, I honestly get excited when it's time for my appointments! Thanks to Dr. Link and his awesome team for such a great experience each visit.

Dr. Link and his team are so amazing! I seriously had a horrible fear of the dentist, and those fears melted away with this office. Dr. Link is so gentle and understanding. I seriously feel like they treat me like I'm family. I would recommend him and his team to anyone!!
