The experience, from the front desk to the time I left the office, was mediocre. My perception of the front desk secretary was as if she did not want to be there, never smiled and did not greet me (or any other client that arrived after me). If she looked at me when she spoke, that was a plus. I felt like I was annoying her by asking her questions or clarification(s). One person, the man who took my dental x-rays, was kind, caring, gentle, thorough and comforting. The staff and the care looked and felt ROBOTIC, unattached, uncomforting.. and when I did get to see and speak to the dentist, again, it was a robotic-type of care and she reiterated that my dental work would be "very expensive" for me out of pocket. She referred me to a Specialist, ordered antibiotics and motrin and told me that IF the specialist wanted to extract my tooth, then I would return to her for the tooth extraction. Working in the healthcare profession, I expected a lot more in the customer service area - as it sure be for all clients in every aspect. A warm hello, a welcoming smile and a kind reassuring tone of voice is always something that will comfort clients in any area. This office/staff lacked those qualities. No, I will not be returning to their 'care.'

So far as it goes w/ my treatment plan, I am very pleased w/ Dr. Dominguez, her assistants, her hygienist (real good) and her office manager (she was very helpful). The service has been delivered prompt and professional.
