Scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:30am after losing a filling right before leaving on a trip. When I showed up at the office, the door was locked. I called the provided phone number and was told that the office wasn’t open on Saturday! THEN WHY DID YOU LET ME MAKE THE APPOINTMENT?!? I even got text messages that morning confirming the address and time! Because of this office’s incompetence I wasn’t able to reschedule another appointment to get my filling fixed before my trip! I know some dentists charge a fee if you miss your appointment. Why can’t I charge a fee when the dentist misses my appointment?!? I’ll never visit this pathetic office again and will advise anyone who asks not to go here.
