I would say my experience with Dr. Barak was good, thankfully, all I needed was a thorough cleaning. I liked the modern equipment he uses. It is about time that Dentistry entered the 21st century!

Dirty, Very dark, They put me in chair so low to the ground. Like they put me in a kiddie room. My appointment was for 5:30 and the office called asking if I can come between 4:30 and 5:00 i was there at 5:00 and waited until 6:00 for the Dr. to see me. They never even said sorry.

Dr. Anatoliy Barak bedside manner is horrible. I took x-rays and he did not discuss anything about my X-rays and I am a new patient. I came in for a cleaning and he failed to clean my teeth in its entirely, the whole process lasted 5-6minutes. Dr. Barak failed to mention my excessive bleeding of my gums, he didn't ask how often I brush or floss. The overall experience was not good.

Even through I was diagnosed with a serve periodontal condition The dentist recommended me to a specialist----fine. However the dentist attitude was very dismissive and removed; made you feel after an examination that you was a person from Mars!!!! Moreover the physical environment was absolutely terrible the examination chair was ripped up and the general condition of office facility was very very dirty!!!!. My visit was a terrible experience.

The office was filthy.- Instruments on the floor, dirt on the machinery. Greatly overpriced. Xrays were not necessary to replace a bridge, yet I was charged fo them.
This office is a disgrace to the dental profession.
