Front Desk and Waiting Area: 5 Stars
Appearance means a lot when you are in the medical profession (especially when you are a new patient) and this office is a well oiled and polished machine. Dr. Botar couldn't have picked a better person to handle the front desk. She was both beautiful and professional. Kind of wished I had worse teeth so that I could come back more often, but I digress. The waiting area was pristine with loads of educational material, enough to keep you entertained on your very short wait. In other words all around awesome.
Administrative Staff: 3 Stars
I was contacted by one of the other administrative clerks (who was basically the total opposite of the woman at the front desk) to confirm my appointment. Her name began with an "E". She was very short with me over the phone on two different occasions. Neither time was appreciated. Neither time was she pleasant to speak with. It really made me think about just going to a different provider. There really is a difference between professional and pompous and she needs a lesson in said difference. Or she can just never touch the phones again.
Actual Exam: 5 Stars
The actual exam was handled superbly. The clinical dental staff here clearly has experience, with bed side manner, and professionalism to match. My routine check up was exactly that, routine. Like in most modern practices the Dental Assistant did 95% of the work with the Doctor coming in towards the end to knock out that extra 5%. However everything was completed amazingly well. I will definitely be coming back for my follow up visit... So long as "Secretary E" remembers phone etiquette.

Dr. Botar is very professional dentist.
She tried to help me with a problem that I was having but
the insurance that I have now does not cover the procedure that I really need to get.
We are still in the middle of trying to get the insurance company to approve the procedure, but whatever the outcome, I will feel very comfortable with her fixing my tooth.
The staff is very nice and the office is very modern and clean.
The cleaning that I got made my teeth look and feel amazing.

As a new patient and a person who has spent many hours in the dentist chair, I can say Doctor Botar by far is the best. Her chair side manor is very comforting and she always explains in detail the reasons for all procedures. It is clear to me that Doctor Botar is a true professional and is very dedicated to her patients. I feel the same about her staff. Their friendliness and professionalism make it a pleasure every single time, creating a great atmosphere. You will be impressed by the depth of Doctor Botar's knowledge and the meticais care she applies in your treatment.

I became a patient at Rose Hill Dental purely by luck - words cannot express how lucky I got! I woke up one day with an extremely painful tooth. I was able to book my appointment immediately & even though I had never been to this office I was treated like someone they'd known forever. I needed a root canal which was done painlessly & quickly. I love my new dentist, I can now smile proudly!
