Dr. Fischer is a Monmouth county native, raised in Middletown. He graduated from Washington and Lee University Magna Cum Laude with both a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Bachelor of Art in Biology. Dr. Fischer attended Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, graduated at the top of his class, and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (The National Dental Honor Society). He was accepted into an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. After Six months at the program, Dr. Fischer was recruited to be senior resident at New York Hospital Queens General Practice Residency program. This opportunity allowed Dr. Fischer to return to his two loves, General Dentistry and the East Coast. Following his residency, Dr. Fischer worked for a multi-specialty dental group. Then Dr. Fischer devoted his efforts to opening his own Private office in Colts Neck, NJ.
When not practicing Dentistry, Dr. Fischer enjoys spending time with his family, spending time outdoors and sailing. Dr. Fischer is a Member of the United Methodist Church and an active member of the community.

I had a great experience with Dr. Andrew Fischer. I get very anxious at the dentist, but Dr. Fischer made me feel very comforted during my entire appointment and asked me several times if I was still feeling ok/doing well. His kindness is genuine and really went a long way in making me feel at ease during the appointment. I wish I had been going to him my entire life! The entire office was clean and everyone there was so nice. My overall experience was wonderful. My teeth feel great and Dr. Fisher provided me with tips on how to keep my mouth healthy. Maybe dental appointments aren’t so scary after all.

I took my mom and the office staff was great and Dr Fisher did her cleaning due to her being 96. Mom said he was very patient and kind and took his time. He also came out to talk to me! We were so happy we went to delicious orchards and went back with treats to show our appreciation!

I am a nervous dental patient, but Dr. Fischer is very gentle, friendly, and explains everything very well. I was actually relaxed the first time I got my teeth cleaned which never happens. I have been going to Dr. Fischer for 3 years and all my family members are now patients. We all have had a positive experience. I only regret not leaving my previous dentist sooner. I had a mouth guard made by Dr. Fischer which fit so much better than my last 2 night guards made/fitted by another dentist. Dr. Fischer will try the less invasive approach first, which I appreciate. Staff is friendly and hygienist is very good (gentle).

Dr. Fischer is the absolute best. He listens, makes sure you're comfortable, and is extremely professional. He has taken every precaution during the pandemic and his office is spotless. It is clear that he is an expert in his field. I hated going to the dentist before I came to him. Not once have I experienced pain in the multiple dental procedures I have gone through at his practice. I absolutely recommend him and won't be going to anyone else as long as I live in the area!
