Overall it was a wonderful experience (as great as a dental visit can go.. lol). Dr. Andrew has a wonderful bedside manner, and is a great dentist. His staff is pretty remarkable as well. The only thing I would suggest is before a procedure is started to let the patience know what the balance owed is going to be. They do give a schedule as far as what needs to be completed, but 2x it was worked out of order which cause 2 very unexpected bills, since my insurance was maxed out, if it was worked in order it would have been covered. I know that part of this is my fault, for not keeping track of what my insurance has already paid out for the annual limit. With that being said, I love the Dental Group!! They are a wonderful & amazing team!

I'm absolutely thrilled that I found a dentist and staff who I actually enjoy going to. Embarrassed to say my first visit, I had not been to the dentist in almost 9 years, and they made me feel very welcome and it was not at all what I expected, which is a good thing! Love dr. Koester and his team.

I felt that Dr. Koester was very good. My experience with the dental cleaning and tooth extraction was very fast and painless. Every procedure was explained ahead of time so there were no surprises! I was comfortable and had lots of confidence in the technicians and Dr. Koester.
