In my first visit to this dental practice, Dr. Cheong exhibited a most gentle manner, as she went about the task of evaluating, cleaning and examining my mouth and teeth. I entered the examination room right on time and only had to wait about five minutes, before I was seen by Dr. Cheong. During that time, I had an enjoyable visit with her Dental Assistant, who took an immediate interest in me as a new patient.
Finally, I can't say enough good things about the Office Manager, Linda! From my first conversation with her on the phone, two weeks ago, to my office visit today, I found her to be very pleasant and welcoming, as she undertook the process of setting up my patient account and assisting me in completing all of the necessary paperwork. She runs a tight ship, but she is mindful of all aspects of client and office staff needs. As the first person with whom patients usually interact when coming to this office, Linda is a wonderful embassador for this dental practice.
In short, I found my first experience at this dental office to be a very positive one! All of the staff were friendly and personable, while being thorough in their professional duties. Sincerely, Terry-Ann

Dr. Angela Cheong is a graduate of Northwestern University Dental School. Prior to that, she did her early schooling in England before transferring to University of Illinois for her undergraduate studies. After receiving her DDS degree, she completed a General Practice Residency program at Southern Illinois University and the Veteran's Administration Hospital in St. Louis.
Dr. Cheong is committed to the highest quality care and gentle dentistry for her patients. She also believes in good communication,taking time listening to patients' concerns before providing a customized comprehensive approach for each individual patient. These are all vital aspects in dental treatment and necessary in maximizing the longevity of her patients' teeth. She is also a strong believer in promoting overall physical health of her patients.
When away from the the office, Dr. Cheong enjoys spending time with her active family, eating out and travelling. During her spare time, she likes gardening, Zumba, Pilates, playing the piano and decorating. She is also very active in her church music ministries and the National Association of Professional Women. Dr. Cheong and her staff look forward to meeting you and caring for your families dental needs.

I was pretty nervous getting my wisdom teeth taken out but Dr. Cheong made it a piece of cake. There was no pain and she helped my nerves during the whole procedure. You could tell she was very focused at what she was doing and also making sure I was doing okay.

The appt was made in an emergency case. The online appointment reservation system was available to me at 11:30 pm when I jumped on their website and I was able to locate a convenient best available time slot to get in to the office to see Dr Cheong. Of course, and as always, the situation was handled very professionally with a warm greeting as I came in with careful and thorough examination and professional advice at the end of my appointment. I would highly recommend these dentists and the office staff for your next dental visit.

The dental cleaning appointment was made 6 months ago. It was nice that I received reminder in my mail. I suggest patients should set up appointment reminder in their own smartphones, and a reminder to alert 1 day before appointment date just to remind themselves to avoid missing appointment.

Dr. Cheong is meticulous and gentle. I especially appreciate she does not "overtreat" but if she sees something that needs concerns, she will make sure you understand and follow through with treatment. She's been my dentist since I was a kid!

I came in without an appt. Dr. Cheong took time to examine & talk with me about the problem. Explained in a way I could understand and gave recommendations for how to take care of my problem. Very thorough and helpful.

I always would recommend anyone to go here. Great with kids/teens or scared Mommy's! I went to another dentist in the past couple years because of no insurance and here I am back with Dentist Cheong (now that I have insuarnce again) to fix everything all over again because she is the best! My temporary fix from 5 years ago that she did is still holding strong- with no problems.
